An independent audit of your ad stack · No installation · No login · No dashboard · Launching soon

Your managed ad service
won't tell you why
revenue went down.

96% of sites we've analyzed in testing had at least one high-severity revenue leak.

Prebid Pulse is an outside set of eyes on your ad setup. We crawl your site, audit what your provider is actually doing on it, and send you a plain-English report — with the numbers, the leaks, and the exact questions to send to your account manager. No dashboard. No login. No jargon. The system is built and in final testing — sign up to be first to know when it opens.

§ 01 — The problem

Flying blind, by design.

The ad-tech stack on a typical independent site has grown into something its owner cannot inspect, much less argue with. Your managed provider's incentives are not aligned with yours. The result is a slow, quiet leak nobody is paid to find.

Every month, the report shows up. The number is lower than last month. Nobody can tell you why.

A finding The black box on your own domain.

Twenty-plus header bidders, an ad server, a CMP, a viewability vendor, three identity solutions — all firing on every page load, all under your provider's control. None of it surfaces to you.

You get a dashboard with a revenue figure, a CPM, and an impressions count. That's the entire conversation.

"My RPM dropped 18% in March. I asked why. They said 'seasonality'."

A pattern The provider's incentives aren't yours.

Your managed service takes a cut of revenue. They are optimizing for their median publisher, not for you. The default config is the safe config — not the best one for your traffic, your geography, or your content.

When something is misconfigured, it stays misconfigured until you specifically ask. Asking requires knowing what to ask. That's the trap.

"Floors hadn't been touched in 14 months. I just didn't know to ask."

A consequence The leak compounds, quietly.

An expired bidder. A lazy-loaded unit firing too late. A consent banner that double-fires. A floor that's ten cents too low. None of these alone moves the needle. All together, they do.

Most publishers we audit are leaving 11–34% of their potential ad yield on the table — not because the stack is broken, but because nobody's looking.

"Publishers in testing saw six findings they'd never heard of — five were real, confirmed revenue leaks."

§ 02 — How it works

Three steps. One email a week.

Built deliberately small. We do not ship a dashboard, an SDK, a tag, or anything you have to install. The whole product fits in your inbox.

01

You give us a URL.

Paste your homepage. That's it. No code, no DNS, no GAM access, nothing to add to your site. Forty seconds, start to finish.

We don't need permission from your provider. The audit runs from the public side of your site, the same way a reader sees it.

Setup time · 40 sec
02

We audit your stack.

Our crawler loads your top pages like a real reader, captures every ad-tech request, and runs them through 47 published checks: bidder coverage, latency, floor configuration, viewability, consent, identity, and more.

Every check has a citation back to the Prebid spec or industry guidance. No black box on our end either.

Run time · ~6 hours
03

The report arrives.

Monday morning, in your inbox. Findings ranked by revenue impact, written in English a non-technical owner can read in five minutes, with a copy-paste question to send your provider for each one.

You forward it to your account manager. They fix things. The next report tracks the lift.

Cadence · weekly, every Monday

§ 03 — The report

An email, not a product.

A real Monday report. Each finding has a severity, a dollar impact estimate, the plain-English explanation, and the exact question to send to your provider. No login. No "click here for details."

What every issue contains.

The report is structured so a publisher who has never touched an ad server can read it on a phone over coffee and know exactly what to do next.

  • Severity rating — high, medium, or low. Calibrated against your traffic.
  • Estimated monthly revenue impact, with our reasoning shown in plain text.
  • Plain-English explanation. No "PMP." No "header bidding wrapper." No acronyms without a translation.
  • Exact wording to send to your provider, copy-paste ready. We write it in their dialect.
  • A citation to the Prebid spec or IAB guidance behind the check.
  • A historical line — has this finding appeared in past reports? Is it improving?

§ 05 — Why trust this

We have nothing to sell you after.

Three structural reasons our incentives are aligned with yours, and one promise you can hold us to. We deliberately built the product so we cannot upsell our way out of telling the truth.

No conflict of interest

We don't sell ads. We don't take a cut.

We are not a managed ad service. We do not represent demand. We do not have a commercial relationship with any of the providers we audit. The only money we make is from your subscription — a flat monthly fee. No revenue share, ever.

If we tell you your provider is leaking revenue, it is because they are leaking revenue.

Nothing to install

No tag, no script, nothing in your stack.

Our audit runs from the outside, the same way a reader sees your site. There is nothing for you to add to your CMS, no script to fight with your provider over, no risk to your existing setup.

You can cancel and the audit stops. There is no offboarding because there was never any onboarding.

No dashboard, no lock-in

The product is the email. That's the whole product.

We deliberately did not build a dashboard. The reports are emails because emails are easy to read on a phone, easy to forward to your account manager, and easy to walk away from.

Every report will be yours to keep. Cancel anytime — there is no offboarding because there will never be any onboarding.

The engine is built. We're in final testing.

We've analyzed over 637 publisher sites. The diagnostic rules are sharp. The reports write themselves. We're not in a hurry to ship something half-baked — but we are close.

When we open it up, it'll be a flat monthly subscription — about what a few coffees cost, and no revenue share, ever. Sign up and you'll be first to know, and first in line.
