What we collect

When you submit your email address (and optionally your site URL) through our early-access interest form, we collect those pieces of information. We use your email address to notify you when Prebid Pulse opens, and if you later subscribe, to send ongoing monitoring reports. If provided, we use your site URL to understand your use case.

How the audit works

Our crawler visits your public-facing website the same way any reader would — loading your pages, letting ads render, and reading the publicly visible Prebid.js data. We read only publicly accessible information and do not access your servers, ad server accounts, or any non-public systems. We do not store any personally identifiable information from your site's visitors.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your email address or site URL with third parties. Aggregate, anonymized data about Prebid.js configurations across publisher sites may be used internally to improve our analysis rules. No data that could identify you or your site will be shared without your explicit consent.

Email communications

We will email you once when Prebid Pulse opens for subscribers. If you subscribe, you will receive ongoing weekly monitoring reports. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send you.

Data retention

We retain your email address and crawl data for as long as you are an active subscriber. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
